Working Principle of Chilli Powder Machine
AGICO chilli powder grinding machine mainly works by high-speed impact, shearing, and grinding. When the machine runs, the motor drives the main shaft and the turbine to rotate at high speed. The turbine and the grinding parts on the screen ring form a crushing-and-grinding pair. Material enters the grinding chamber through the hopper. It is then strongly impacted, sheared, and rubbed between the high-speed turbine blades and the fixed grinding parts, and is quickly crushed into fine powder. At the same time, the high-speed air flow produced by the turbine helps discharge the powder and also cools the chamber, preventing the chilli from losing its flavor due to overheating.

The material passes through three grinding steps in one go and becomes a fine powder without repeated sieving, greatly improving efficiency. The ultra-fine chilli powder grinding machine uses an air classifier to separate ultra-fine powder precisely, meeting fine powder requirements from 60 to 500 mesh.
