AGICO automatic coconut dehusking machine is a high-efficiency peeling machine designed for commercial coconut processing plants. It removes the fibrous outer husk from mature and semi-mature coconuts and prepares intact hard-shell coconuts for shelling, water extraction, meat processing, coconut milk, desiccated coconut, and oil production.
Compared with manual dehusking, this commercial coconut peeling machine supports continuous production at a preliminary capacity of 800-1,000 coconuts per hour. It helps processors improve throughput, reduce repetitive labor, and maintain a consistent material flow for downstream equipment.
AGICO coconut husk remover machine uses controlled extrusion and stripping. The operator feeds coconuts one at a time through the top inlet. Inside the guarded cabinet, gripping and stripping elements pull away the fibrous husk. Loose coir falls into the lower collection area, while the dehusked coconut transfers onto the inclined conveyor for collection or delivery to the next processing station.
The chain-drive transmission supports stable continuous operation. A stainless-steel 304 outer cover provides corrosion resistance and a cleanable exterior suitable for food-processing environments.
